All Buttahs are made fresh and immediately frozen to maintain freshness. Each order is shipped in insulated bags with ice packs and only shipped out between Monday-Wednesday through USPS so they're at your doorstep in a timely fashion! *Please note, Buttahs may slightly thaw in transit. That Buttah may arrive to you at room temperature which is completely fine.

No, we are not currently offering refunds. If there is any issue with your order, replacements are handled on a case-by-case scenario. Send us an email or message letting us know the issue and we will work to get it resolved!
